Spider designed a circular platform that could be separated into quarters in order to increase the load capacity, to access the jet bubble reactor’s upper tank wall and beams for finishing and to install piping for the cooling process. Restricted loads on the fiberglass tank and unimpacted plant production were key concerns for the owner and contractor. Spider saved SealTech 6 project days for its entire crew due to the ease and efficiency of Spider equipment, compared to the ground-based scaffold solution the company considered.
